As a retail business owner I'm shocked and disgusted by both @Hotwire and @SixtUSA for their compete lack of customer retention care. Hard-line "policy"stance. #hotwirefail #sixtfail #customersdontmatter

Be a safe, comfortable, 3-star experience. Both said we had to check in before @Hotwire would consider helping us relocate or cancel. Surely after seeing the photos, you disagree and are willing to make this right. @tayloaf #customerservice #hotwirefail #customerservicefail

Booked a room on Hotwire and the date was wrong. Didn't find out until I went to check in. Hotwire refused to honor and ended up with no hotel for my valentines family vacation. Awful reservation system. Worse customer service. Thanks Hotwire! #hotwire #hotwirefail #VDayFail
