Is the @HDFCBank_Cares Credit card customer care the most clueless bunch in the banking sector. On Monday 1st July they told me that due to BBPS and RBIs direction they cannot make my scheduled payment and on Thursday 4th July they execute the payment. #HowNotToDoCustomerService

@KenyaAirways @KQSupport Why check passengers in at NBO, incl baggage, and send them to gate, only to tell them that flight is cancelled? Crowd control rather than customer service. Then ati all hotels are full - in Nairobi in rainy season?! #KQ112 #HowNotToDoCustomerService
