🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen at a gas station, in Lake Worth, Florida, demanded his ID, and when the U.S. citizen asked why? … The agent’s said, “Because you’re an immigrant.” Except that is not how the Constitution works. In the video, the U.S. citizen is standing at a gas station when an agent walks up and says, “Let me see your ID.” The man asks a completely reasonable question, “Why?” The agent responds, “Because you’re an immigrant.” And before the man has even been identified, the agents grab his hands and puts him in handcuffs. People standing around immediately start questioning what is happening…asking the agents how they can arrest someone when they haven’t even identified who he is… But the agents ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court has held that roving Border Patrol agents need reasonable suspicion, based on specific circumstances, to stop someone and question them about immigration status. And apparent ethnicity, by itself, is not enough. So, what was the actual legal basis for demanding this man show his ID? Because if the answer is literally… “because you’re an immigrant,” that should piss off every American. You should not have to prove you’re a U.S. citizen before the government decides it has the right to put you in handcuffs. And this is just another reminder that constitutional rights don’t mean anything if federal agents can violate them, over and over again, with no accountability.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent is seen VIOLENTLY kicking a man in the stomach, while he is lying on the ground, in West New York. In the video, the man is lying on the ground, against a wall and gate. He is not fighting the agents, or attacking them… But one ICE agent kicks him directly in the stomach anyway, and yells at him to get up. That is NOT how federal agents are supposed to treat a human being. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures, and excessive force. And even ICE’s own use-of-force standards say agents are supposed to use only the amount of force necessary to gain control, and that force cannot be used as punishment. ICE’s policy specifically calls for reviewing whether force was proportional, and whether agents responded appropriately once someone was subdued or cooperative. So, what exactly was the justification for kicking a man who is already lying on the ground? Because this is what happens when agents believe there will be NO consequences for abusing their power. They become more comfortable using force, more comfortable humiliating people, more comfortable treating human beings like they are less than human. And that is what makes this so damn disturbing. Immigration status does NOT mean you lose your constitutional rights, and being arrested does NOT give an agent permission to beat or punish you. This is inhumane, and it is disgusting. And when the government refuses to hold ICE agents accountable for abusing their power, they are giving them permission to keep doing it.

Carlitos Ricardo Parias is an independent LA journalist — 100K+ TikTok followers covering crime stories the big outlets skip. He’s now approaching 300 days in ICE detention. That’s the longest known time any journalist has been held in U.S. custody. October 2025: while filming, federal agents in unmarked vehicles boxed in his car. Bodycam footage shows an agent fumbling his gun before shooting Parias in the elbow. Agents then went into a nearby mall’s security office, pulled the surveillance footage onto a thumb drive, and deleted it from the system. Prosecutors charged him with assault on a federal officer. The U.S. Attorney’s public account left out the context bystander video later contradicted. A judge threw out all charges with prejudice, finding the government had violated his constitutional rights. Instead of releasing him, ICE sent him to Adelanto, where he’s documented worms in the drinking water and cockroaches in his cell. His gunshot wound — per a visiting member of Congress — looked “on the verge of being amputated.” It was being treated with vitamin D and Bengay. Now ICE plans to move him even farther from his family and lawyers, to San Diego. A journalist was shot while doing his job, prosecuted on a case that fell apart in court, and is still locked up nearly a year later. This is what press freedom looks like under this administration.

EXCLUSIVE: I've obtained a detailed account from the attorney representing Jose Mejia Hernandez, a man who says he was violently apprehended, hospitalized with a brain bleed, and held by ICE with almost no communication to his own family for three days. On the morning of August 11, at around 6:30 a.m., Mejia Hernandez was walking to work when a truck sped up on him and two men jumped out and ran toward him. Scared and not knowing who they were, he ran. While fleeing, he says he was hit with what he believes was a stun gun or Taser. He has no memory of anything after that, not how he was injured, not how he was transported, nothing, until he woke up in a hospital many hours later with serious facial injuries consistent with blunt force trauma. According to his attorney, two ICE agents stayed at his bedside the entire time he was hospitalized. He was never given a private moment with his own doctors. When he asked the ICE agents what happened to him, they told him they didn't know. He says hospital staff seemed reluctant to speak openly in front of the agents, and that medical staff appeared to communicate more with ICE than with him directly. A nurse eventually told him quietly, in Spanish, that he'd suffered a brain bleed and brain swelling, but he says he never got a full explanation of his diagnosis or how he got hurt. Meanwhile, his wife and stepchild had no idea where he was for about three days. Neither DHS nor the hospital, according to his lawyer, ever notified his family that he'd been detained, injured, or hospitalized. When ICE decided to discharge him, he says he didn't even understand he was being released. He was driven from the hospital, given food and told to contact his family, then taken to an ICE office where they strapped a GPS ankle monitor on him and handed him a Notice to Appear. By Friday he felt significantly worse and went back to the hospital, where he was again diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and brain bleed and stayed for two more days. His lawyer says doctors couldn't even complete the imaging they needed because of the ankle monitor. When he later went to his ISAP appointment still in pain, dizzy, with doctors saying he needed an MRI, ICE reportedly refused to remove the monitor unless he could produce a specific MRI appointment date and time, forcing him to bounce back and forth between the hospital and immigration offices just to get basic care while suffering from a brain injury. His attorney is now demanding a full accounting: who was involved, what force was used, why his family wasn't notified, why ICE was reportedly more involved in his medical communications than he was, and preservation of every record, custody log, and communication tied to this case. Mejia Hernandez still needs an MRI and further evaluation for a serious neurological injury.

BREAKING: Shocking new reporting shows that the ICE agent who murdered Johan Guerrero in Maine is “extremely mentally ill” and has a LONG history of violence, including brutally beating his wife and kids and throwing boiling water at his infant child, but was given a badge and a gun anyway! They’re hiring the worst of the worst… There’s no wonder why people are getting shot if this is the quality of person that ICE is putting on the street in their Gestapo squads. Ashley Brouillette, the ex-wife of ICE killer David Brouillette, revealed his deeply disturbing past to the media after he called her and asked her to lie for him. She would not. She revealed that he “once threw boiling water at her while she was holding their child,” which was confirmed by her mother Avis Collins. His SECOND ex-wife – red flag right there – “alleged that he had stalked and harassed her and physically and verbally abused his daughter, according to multiple requests for temporary protection orders. Brouillette tackled his teenage daughter and smashed spaghetti in her hair, and during another outburst, he dragged his daughter around the house as she cried, she said.” He once left his ex-wife a voicemail that said “And all of you should have your f——–g throats cut. Yeah, you should. Am I threatening that I’m gonna do that? Nope. Nope. But do I think that you should have your f——-g throats cuts? Or should have had them cut? Yep.” A relative said that David was “extremely mentally ill” and said he attempted suicide twice at age 12 and was hospitalized multiple times. His daughter said that she came home from school once and he told her he had been sitting on a tree stump with a gun to his head. This is the kind of person that Donald Trump is giving a gun to and sending out on the street to terrorize innocent people. It just goes to show that they are doing ZERO vetting and don’t care at ALL about who dies as a consequence. David Brouillette needs to face justice for murdering Johan – but so does everyone up the chain who put him in a position to kill, because this man should NEVER have been allowed anywhere near a firearm.

Dr. Rubeliz Bolivar works at an ER in South Texas and is passionate about educating the public about staying healthy. She was traveling to California with her 5-year-old daughter, who is a U.S. citizen, when ICE detained her despite having work permits and a pending asylum case. ICE is targeting physicians who serve our communities. It is ripping families apart and hurting patients. The Trump Admin should release Dr. Bolivar immediately and end its indiscriminate mass deportation campaign.

BREAKING: PRO-CRIME PRESIDENT! Trump’s incompetence just helped two smugglers busted with 22 POUNDS OF METH walk free by deporting the key witness who was set to testify against them! In a stunning self-own, ICE deported Javier Hernandez, a cooperating witness who had pled guilty and agreed to testify against major drug traffickers, right in the middle of the case and without notifying prosecutors. Hernandez was arrested in 2015 during a raid that seized 22 pounds of meth. He flipped and was supposed to take the stand against co-defendants accused of running shipments from Mexico. But during a routine check-in last year, ICE snatched him up and deported him to Tijuana as part of Trump’s aggressive mass deportation push. Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles were never even consulted. Months later, the co-defendants were acquitted. Critics are calling this exactly what it looks like: the Trump administration obsessed with meeting deportation quotas over actual law enforcement and public safety. Past administrations used to coordinate to keep key informants in the country so they could testify. Not anymore. A DHS spokesperson tried to spin it by calling Hernandez a “clear and present threat,” but the result is the same: two alleged drug traffickers walked free because the government deported their main witness. This is what happens when “mass deportation” becomes the only priority: real criminals get a free pass while the system eats itself. If Trump’s deportation machine helping alleged meth smugglers beat serious charges by kicking out the star witness makes you shake your head in disgust, please like and share.

This is where they don't wont you to believe your own eyes. Minnesota wanted to investigate. The FBI took over. Then cut Minnesota out entirely. The state no longer has access to the evidence, the witnesses or the scene. The ICE agent who killed Renee Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen, in Minneapolis on January 7 will face no criminal charges. The DOJ ruled it justified self-defense. DHS said Good "weaponized her vehicle." Video analysis showed her car was turning away from the agent when he fired. A family autopsy found she was shot in the head. Minnesota wanted to investigate but the FBI took sole control within hours, cutting state investigators out of the evidence and scene. Vice President Vance said the agent had "absolute immunity." The shooting was the first homicide in Minneapolis in 2026 and the ninth time ICE agents opened fire on people since September 2025. The agent, Jonathan Ross, is an Iraq War veteran who was dragged by a car during a separate arrest six months earlier. Good's killing sparked national protests and triggered the ongoing DHS shutdown. No independent investigation was conducted.

U.S. Marine was promised citizenship if he enlist for Persian Gulf War—now ICE is deporting him. Was promised automatic U.S. citizen if he served honorably—25 years later found out they lied. Trump could legally intervene to help—but he thinks veterans are "suckers" & "losers" according to his former chief of staff John Kelly. A condition of joining the Marines was to give up his New Zealand citizenship—so he is now no longer a legal resident of any country. Paul Canton was then denied his U.S. citizenship because of a 2 week technicality. Because he voted illegally when he thought he was American—he is now also ineligible for any benefits.
