@MadAsHellYYJ This is absolutely one of the dumbest ideas the #mayor and her cabal have done to #yyj. The @CityOfVictoria was told to do this by @isitt_ and #helps, which they hide behind. Sometimes I feel sorry for city staff. #helps and #isitt make shameful employers. They are bullies!!
