.@JioCare every few months I need to resort to tweeting when my home wifi doesn’t work for several days and no one shows up at the appointment schedule in the request from the app. I’m sick and tired of you. But there’s no option. Please fix it. #jiosucks @reliancejio 😭

No one from customer care team is ready to send me an appointment details in email. Funny thing is, in all this chaos, their customer care executive were begging to give 5 star rating. Please learn to respect your customers, understand their problems. #jiosucks #jioworstservice

The absolute worst internet service in India is @JioCare @reliancejio . First the connection snaps repeatedly and their customer care is pathetic. Can anyone suggest a better service provider?

Apparently due to unforeseen circumstances @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai is not able to service it's customers problem. Not sure how the problem with router became a problem in the "jiofiber backend" though. #jiosucks #jio #jiofiber

@JioCare @JioCare is the most useless customer service team They have automated replies asking for my jio service id, I told them thrice I don’t where I can find that, else would have happily shared it And then they just disappear #jiosucks @TRAI
