#jssautonomy is an idea whose time has come. For smooth transition from Primary to JS to SS, the Junior school must run independently as first envisioned. The PWPR has misinformed the @EduMinKenya .Let's repeal the sessional paper and have our system of education as 2.6.3.3.3
JSS must have autonomy if CBE has to be successful. We have seen how there is no resources, yet the government gives capitation.
