@Uber_Support But you keep following up with THIRD PARTY OUTSOURCED PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EVEN FROM MY COUNTRY!!!! These people are using canned responses copied & pasted over and over again! STOP WASTING MY TIME if you don't want to keep me as a customer! @Uber #ubersucks #lyftisbetter
Officially DONE with @Uber for their shitty customer service, never being able to find my house OR where I am in ANY city. Iβll be using Lyft or a taxi moving forward. I deleted everything from my phone. #ubersucks #lyftisbetter
Hey @Uber and @Uber_Support when Iβm standing in my doorway walking out to the driver and he cancels what is my recourse? I walked outside asked him to wait 30 seconds and he bails. #bullshit #lyftisbetter
#lyftisbetter uber worst ride share company going
#uber just had one of your drivers cancel a ride and yet I was charged $5. I am deleting your app and will discourage my friends from using your services unless I am fully refunded and credited $500. #disappointed #lyftisbetter
Oh and by the way best of luck getting those two cancelation fees from me. Citibank is already canceling the charges. And you wanted $70 bucks for this trip? You cant even get your drivers too me to rip me off. #lyftisbetter
All Uber cares about is money, while Lyft actually cares about customer service. #BoycottUber #LyftIsBetter
Uber doesnβt give a shit about their drivers. All they care about is their financial gain. #BoycottUber #LyftIsBetter
Do not use @Uber if it's raining! $80 "cleaning fee" because it was raining when we got in. #scammers #dontuse #Lyftisbetter
Hey @Uber I just had a driver say "fuck you βπΌπ" I'd like an apology and a $1000000 coupon #LyftIsBetter
@deray Uber Classic: you rent the whole car
Uber Pool (or Poop): you rent a seat and the app plans the ride(s) on the go

ALL my riders prefer @Lyft over @Uber.. Hmm, I wonder why.. Maybe #1 in customer service for ride sharing? π€ #LyftIsBetter #sorrynotsorry
@sarahjyoung3 I never liked Uber regardless #LyftIsBetter
.@BellaEiko isn't that a write-off? should we even care? #deleteuber #lyftisbetter? #stillabusiness #stockmarket #MSM #propaganda #finance
Typical @Uber experience, where the driver drops you because he's sleepy. Mind you, the destination is approx 30miles away! #lyftisbetter
@Uber, maybe if your drivers followed directions, this 1 hour drive wouldn't have been 1.5 hours and maybe I wouldn't be late! #lyftisbetter
