Got my preliminary dissertation data into #BIDS format using #heudiconv this week during @neurohackademy. And 100% on own! Only took me (much longer than I care to share with everyone here 😏). Looking forward to using #fMRIprep, #MRIQC, and everything else we've learned about!
#MRIQC users - I'd be interested in hearing how you use mriqc to exclude participants (func. data). Some participants are clearly problematic, but I'd prefer to use an objective measure (e.g. x SDs from the mean in measures a,b,c) instead of just looking at reports
