Here, we built on our previous #naturallanguageprocessing #textmining #machinelearning based work: the unsupervised #Spec2Vec and supervised #MS2DeepScore #mass #spectral #embeddings. #MS2Query exploits both and offers an easy interface for exact matching and analogue search!
