π£π’π π is based on the standardized #MSnbase R package architecture, developed by Laurent Gatto (@lgatt0) in October 2010, to achieve the maximum flexibility and reproducibility and makes POMA compatible with pre-existing @Bioconductor packages.
@manohar_dange @Bioconductor The package is actually the #MSnbase package from @lgatt0 (although I added the respective functionality π). Nice that it's useful for you!
@JuliJivanisevic @wittingmichael1 @Bioconductor Matching can be done with #MSnbase package, working on a better/faster way in a new Spectra package. Databases will come too, just not enough time for all π
