Facts of the Case
1.On 17th, the Plaintiff received a sum of UGX 4.5M through the Defendant’s mobile money platform.
2.Subsequently, a fraudulent reversal of the said funds was initiated & effected through the Defendant’s system without the Plaintiff’s consent

All in all Despite repeated follow-ups with @mtnug legal counsel ( Mrs NOWAMAANI PACIFIQUE) & MTN finance representative (MR EDEIDU PAUL), Matsiko says he received little clarity on when or how the funds would be restored.
