Two areas of concern: 1) Public opinion shaped by words and definitions. I wholly agree that they needed the word to drive acceptance in the public, which has been programmed for a century to believe "vaccines" are good. They don't discern between sterilizing and non-sterilizing, 5% effective and 95% effective. They just know the word. Simple marketing, aka propaganda, to allay fear of something new and untested. They just think vaccines have been tested and this is now a vaccine, so it must be safe and tested. WRONG ON BOTH COUNTS - but the word implies it. 2) Legal definitions - there is an issue here, but the courts are less informed than a rando on the street. It matters. My article simply explains the long term ramifications of using the word. It hurt the vaccine industry ... a lot ... bigly. But they know it would. They did it anyway because the operation was not about selling vaccines. Not for the ones making all things happen. The oligarchs just used the greed-lust of the politicians, bureaucrats, and stock-option holders to get them to execute on plan.
