In simple words, MMRDA wanted to see which private firms are interested to implement the Metro Line 14 before actually moving forward with the project. The Metro Line 14 is expected to be 38 km in length and will reduce the travel time between Kanjurmarg and Badlapur to just 40-45 minutes. Mumbai Metro 14 tender for 'Expression of Interest' for PPP model partner did not receive any bids from private participants.

@RahulChels @DrSanMukherjee cancel this and divert funds to #MetroLine14. You already have VAMMC, JNPT Spur, 3 Bridges across Thane creek and the Thane coastal road diverting a lot of traffic from Ghodbunder road coming up. there is no need for this capacity expansion.

@adityakul20 कोणाला मत द्यायचा मग? कुठली सरकार ह्याचा उपाय काढेल? सगळ्या political parties ना संधी मिळाली आहे सरकार बनवायची. सगळे highways आणि coastal road बनवायला कोटी कोटी sanction करत आहेत. जी बदलापूर ते कांजूर #MetroLine14 गरजेची आहे त्याचा काहीच पत्ता नाही.

बदलापुर कांजूरमार्ग मेट्रो लाइन 14 पर कोई भी बात आगे नहीं बढ़ रही है। लाखों लोग इस प्रोजेक्ट के आरंभ होने की प्रतीक्षा में हैं। सी लिंक जैसी परियोजना से ज्यादा प्राथमिकता बदलापुर मेट्रो को देने की जरूरत है @MMRDAOfficial @CMOMaharashtra #Badlapur #metroLine14 #localtrain #Mumbai

The abusive relationship we have with this city's infrastructure is incredible. We have to demand better. One of the ways that the Central Railway line can destress is with #MetroLine14. It's nowhere on the govt 's radar. The apathy is staggering.

@MumbaiWiki @Swapnil_O10 @akshaywcam1 Exactly. #Dombivli to #Badlapur belt has #population of 22 lacs as per 2011 census. Now we r in 2023. So it would be easily 30 lac plus. And no options other than over crowded @Central_Railway. So #MetroLine14 has more importance.. Kalyan to Taloja very less traveler for #MIDC
