Haryana’s Town & Country Planning Department cancelled Ocean Seven Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.’s licence for its 7.5-acre Housing project in Sector 109 Gurugram, citing prolonged construction delays, non renewal of licence after 15 June 2021 and repeated regulatory non compliance. Ocean Seven has three major projects in Gurugram in Sector 69, Sector 70 and Sector 109. Company and its promoter Swaraj Singh Yadav have also faced serious allegations related to cheating, diversion of homebuyers’ funds and money laundering. In November 2025 ED arrested Yadav in connection with its PMLA investigation into OSBPL. Investigation also found that Swaraj Singh Yadav had allegedly started rapidly selling/liquidating personal and company owned properties in Gurgaon, Maharashtra and Rajasthan. His wife and children had relocated to the USA and family’s assets were allegedly being liquidated and converted into easily disposable forms. ED subsequently filed a chargesheet against him in January 2026.
