#Septic_Shock, post intubation: monitor screams “#VT” ~150, and A-line waveform nearly vanishes during wide beats. #ECG: very frequent monomorphic #PVCs Vs short #NSVT. Ions ok, acidotic. Lido/amio no help. Only improved when acidosis corrected. What’s your dx/DDx? Any Idea?
