Not the best customer service from @easyJet. No online refund option. The only way to get my money back appears to be call an extremely busy call centre. And to think I booked with you over Ryanair because I thought you were a better outfit. They have online refunds. #Noteasyjet

@GrayAustin I was flying to Belfast for a job interview, delayed plane, damaged runway, low cloud, fuel depleted, led to a divert to Glasgow. Then crew out of hours so no flight back until morning, had an overnight sleep on airport floor. Still got the job, but no thanks to #noteasyjet
