The fixed-pay system is nothing more than modern-day slavery. Aspirants work hard for many years to secure a government job, but when they finally succeed, they are subjected to a fixed payout for a period of five years. If they are performing the same work as other government employees of the same cadre, why are they not paid equally for equal work? It's important to remember that five years is not a short period of time, and it is nearly impossible for anyone to sustain their livelihood and meet their family responsibilities on such a limited income for five long years. I humbly request the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat @CMOGuj @Bhupendrapbjp to immediately abolish this unjust and inhumane practice, as it is the biggest obstacle in the lives of the welfare state's Karmayogis.
