Who was the genius at @Optus that decided to change the Fetch box setup to make it difficult to find anything? It went from a simple user friendly setup to 1 that isn’t intuitive at all. Did you deliberately try piss customers off so you can get rid of #Fetch altogether? #OptusNo

Once companies, such as banks, superannuation funds, telco’s etc, have done their 100 point checks why are they allowed to keep all that data on file? Once approved the proof of ID data should not be needed. Can this be changed? #OptusNo
