Call it serendipity … I started focusing heavily on #OrgAgility at the beginning of the Covid Era, and it’s actually been the #1 topic I do #HCM talks on and write abt the last 3 years. Well, it’s now evidently the 3rd highest area of BUSINESS investment. #HRTech #HR @ADP

1 takeaway from @ADP event: ADP can (uniquely) enable #HCM customers to strategically pivot … given solutions to go global or upmarket, integrate non employees, move to outsourcing, better leverage analytics and sentiment analysis (ie., embrace strategic HCM) etc. #OrgAgility!
