One feature of Parcel2go customer relations is that they do not acknowledge or respond to emails sent to their complaints department. I did get a tweet suggesting I go on their chat line. Laughable. I am now using #Parcelcompare

Parcelcompare shame. Avoid #parcelcompare BEWARE. This company has an online calculator to determine the cost of sending a parcel. They now say my info was wrong and the ยฃ30 is now ยฃ155!!! No way. #shameonparecelcompare
