@bartbarber It’s a step in the right direction. But these “ministers” were previously called “pastors” b/c they were functioning as pastors (otherwise, why would they have called them “pastors”). Now, these women are called “ministers” but have the same jobs/functions? 🧐 #passtheamendment

I don’t know what the answer to #sbc24 after we failed to #passtheamendment . This is what I know: I’m flying home and I’m going to baptize 5 people on Sunday, welcome new couples into membership, and preach the Word to my flock that I love! I’ll figure the rest out later! ✈️

Law amendment is going to a ballot vote. We don’t get the option to vote against scripture, at least we shouldn’t. God help us #passtheamendment at #sbc24

It was radio silence on Alexandria until today. Saddleback last year and Alexandria this year still doesn’t eliminate the confusion and lack of clarity that was brought forward with the question:”what is a Pastor?” This is just the most egregious example. #passtheamendment

A hundred years from now, the lack of doctrinal precision will mean the end of missions. In the 1960's, English denominations choose missions over doctrine. Almost all of them are projected to disappear before 2060. #SBC24 #PasstheAmendment https://t.co/vPLHSkJdx7

"After all the arguments have been made, the bottom-line is this: We will either have women pastors in the Southern Baptist Convention, or we will not." Read Mike Law's appeal to ratify the Law Amendment - with no further changes - in Indianapolis. https://t.co/t7BGSscdb1

@RepMikeTurner @MayorMims It seems probable that there is a @LockheedMartin hand out club too. Pass the UAP amendment instead of taking backhanders from Aerospace industry to squash UAP transparency #passtheamendment

@TheCountessIE When I see the word “inclusive” I’m inclined to think they mean “inclusive of men”. #KPSS #PassTheAmendment

Look who stopped by the office this morning! One of the newest redistricting reformers in Virginia, Kathryn, wore her ABCs of gerrymandering onesie. #fairmaps #gerrymanderingstinks #passtheamendment
