⭐️csCAFs & iCAFs share transcriptional/epigenetic profiles & chromatin accessibility. csCAF composition declines during carcinogenesis; trajectory analysis shows they can differentiate into iCAFs.
⭐️Higher csCAFs associate with longer OS & RFS, lower TGF-β ligands, fewer M2 TAMs, more lipid mediators & spatially defined CXCL12-CXCR4 interactions with T cells.
