Trade settlement shouldn't be something we have to ask for.
Think about it selling something you don't own and can't settle.
In the opaque World of stock trading is the only place where you can sell something you don't own and can't deliver. This is why they are so against transparency.
In an environment ripe for fraud they can't seem to find away to track trading. But they sure can track it if you make an extra $600 🤔
