First deal of 2021. Sold my small (5k) holding in #RGL1. Fine with 10% gain but GRY below 5% now and I have #RGL too. Lesson learned (again!) is that unless I have more conviction and commit more amounts to the buys, ~£500 does not make enough of a difference.

PF Continued it’s upward trend today making up for yesterday’s losses. #RGL1 #PCF #ULS doing the heavy lifting amongst others. Added #RECI and #FSFL whilst reducing #CYN and #ULS.

Had an excellent week,now 10 up days on a trot. Added #SMIF #RMDL #DUKE #MMX. Exited #UTLH and reduced #RGL1. Looking to subscribe to #GRID & #GSF fund raise. Received a couple of dividends #MIG1 & #MYI. Now exceeded TR YTD target for this year. 😊🤞2/2

Had a quiet week this week added #SMIF #RMDL #DUKE #MMX. Excited #UTLH and reduced #RGL1. Looking to subscribe to #GRID & #GSF fund raise. Received a couple of dividends #MIG1 & #MYI. Had an excellent week so far. Will update PF with TR YTD figures Saturday Afternoon.😊👍

@GORDON1x @WShak1 @Hawkeye_74 In terms of bonds. The 2 ITs I hold are #SMIF and #CMHY both SPs have been v volatile recently. But the dividends have been secure so far. Regarding corp. bonds I hold #RGL1 #BUR3 #PAG3 #1SBB #ENQ1. #ENQ1 is a PIK bond and should be considered v high risk, so are the rewards.

@Andrea334506911 I also hold #RGL 4.5% 2024 retail bonds #RGL1 which I picked up this week at 79p they have now increased to 88.5p but still very cheap if you think the REIT will survive this pandemic.

This morning I have been reducing my position in #1SBB OneSavings Bank Perpetual Subordinated Bonds and replacing with #RGL1 Regional REIT bonds.

@Bouncetrade @Hawkeye_74 The way I invest in bonds is generally to buy new issues or when sentiment is low. Another word for high yield bonds is junk bonds of course. I currently hold #ENQ1, #PAG2, #RGL1, #BUR3. Having an O&G background I’m happy to hold #ENQ1 which has 24% RY + 3x CG on purchase price.

@InvestmentBee Due to low interest rates government bonds and gilts are not good value at the moment. Corporate Bonds and PIBs are my hunting ground for this class of asset. ETFs are also useful. I hold #GHYS #ISXF. Corporate bonds #ENQ1 #BUR3 #PAG2 #RGL1. PIBs #1SBB. ITs #CMHY #NCYF 😊👍
