While I agree with much of what @SimonDixonTwitt says here, Class Claim is fundamentally about boxing out Preferred Series B. It is against CNL UK, not against individual directors & officers. Yes Alex is at root of wrongdoing, but claim is not against him #RealDepositorsFirst
For those that still support Alex Mashinsky, please put your money where your mouth is & opt out of the @CelsiusUcc Class Fraud Claim. That is an option for you.
For those that state creditors should be grateful as Alex Mashinsky gave us some great assets that bidders are now fighting for, know that creditors had the assets they wanted already & they were fraudulently used to take directional risk & speculate. They were meant to be lent to borrowers who wanted to speculate with collateral so that any losses are incurred by the speculator that borrowed them, NOT the lender. Alex Mashinsky’s lies defrauded many of their retirement & life savings.
We have fought for 9 months to get those assets away from a dishonest fraudulent operator & put them in the hands of an honest regulated operator so creditors can have the best recovery possible.
I will continue to work on that until the job is done.
Do not trust those that are working hard in the Alex Mashinsky reputation repair department against the interest of creditors. If they believe Alex Mashinsky is a victim, tell them to put their money whete their mouth is, opt-out of the @CelsiusUcc class fraud claim & support his new Ad Hoc when he comes back to drain our estate further.

Been clear that one of the key motivations and value for Figure and @NovaWulfDigital was increasing the value of its ATS market. #RealDepositorsFirst need benefit from that value increase. Ownership of ATS is one way, another is crediting trading fees on it against mgmt fees
Three thoughts about the upcoming Celsius auction...
1.) Listing on the Nasdaq (or any centralized exchange) is a long and uncertain process. I think regulatory counsel would suggest this could take over a year if it happens at all. I believe Figure can support secondary trading on our ATS quickly.
2.) There will be lots of creditors who will want to sell on day one. Liquidity doesn’t just show up regardless of where the stock is listed. $100’s of millions of bids need to be lined up to support day one selling – otherwise the stock crashes before anyone gets out. I believe NovaWulf/Figure are in the best position to line up this capital – I’ve raised over $2 billion in equity capital for disruptive fintech and blockchain and NewCo is disruptive fintech and blockchain.
3.) For those who stay, there is a phenomenal opportunity to use this listing as a catalyst for broad market disruption. Figure is pioneering blockchain transactions on Provenance Blockchain in lending, payments and markets with over $12B in real world blockchain transactions to date. I am working on tangible ways to build tight alignment between Figure and NewCo shareholders that will be part of NovaWulf’s bid, including Figure equity.
Looking forward to closing this stage of the process and working expeditiously towards launching the best solution for creditors.
