THREAD: In a letter addressed to the CSI community, Pres Fritz shared the results of the referendum on his proposed governance plan. 87.31% voted NO--an undeniable rejection of Fritz’s undemocratic plan.
The CSI community has resoundingly rejected the governance plan. We ask Pres Fritz to #RespecttheReferendum. We ask the @CUNY Board of Trustees & @ChancellorCUNY to #RespecttheReferendum. We need to get back to the necessary work of giving our students a quality CUNY education.

@lakin_ian Remember: 16 year-olds were given the vote at the 2014 independence referendum. It did the #Snatsis no good, however, as only 38% of eligible Scots turned out and voted Yes. @theSNP front-up an unpopular cause & no amount of gerrymandering will kill the UK.
