@KaminskiMed UIP pattern certainly seems to go with antifibrotic response. The thing that stands out for me though is the same benefit for Scl-ILD in #SENSCIS. Whilst ILD is common on SScl, UIP is quite a rare pattern, so I’m not sure it’s ALL about UIP on CT.
