My issue with @MTNzaService isn't resolved. I eventually get a call on Wednesday from your retentions department who hears my complaint, takes all my info, says he'll try sort out the issue and will phone me back on Thursday. It's now Monday and no STILL no call back!

Another day another cancelled service to Wim from cobs really what is the point of the 7.52 it’s the last service that gets you to Wimbledon for 9am (yes really) but it now always runs fast from surbs @SW_Help it’s getting beyond a joke @swtrains_watch #servicewhatservice #awful

Absolutely useless and inept service from 2 large companies who haven’t managed to deliver a parcel in over a week! @Debenhams @Hermesparcels . Waited in 2 days. Disinterested call staff. Couldn’t care about the customer! Sort it out! #fail #servicewhatservice
