@NewRezHQ shellpoint mortgage company is possibly the worst company ever. No accountability from reps giving misinformation. Horrible customer service. Absolutely the worst. Don’t use them. #shellpointmortgage

#shellpointmortgage your customer service is fucking awful!! Ridiculous I say! Y’all better be extra careful dealing with them! They have made the life of some people I love dearly HELL. They are trash and still have not fixed the problem. Smh

#Shellpointmortgage will give me a forbearance for 3 mo. What's it mean? I don't have to make payments & my loan will be considered delinquent, reported to credit. In other words means NOTHING--foreclosure trap. @gavinnewsom @HUDgov @SecretaryCarson what are you doing to help?

Battling with #shellpointmortgage yet again. Not only do they pay your taxes 3 months late, lose another check, but they withhold your remaining escrow check. Never go through them. They are the definition of a nightmare! Issue after issue I should not be surprised
