2/2. When I was diagnosed with stage 4 BC @ 38 I hoped to see my 40th & never expected to be here for my 50th. I work for the hospital I’m treated at @UHP_NHS so thanks to them, my family, friends & colleagues for their support too 😁 #busylivingwithmets #stage4BC @METUPUKorg

I've spent the past month being scanned & biopsied, (5x!😢) relieved of endless bottles of blood samples & filled w dyes so being in Al Mayadeen's studio for @GeorgeGalloway 's debate on #TrumpImpeachment was a welcome departure from the torment of #stage4BC worry. #blessNHS 🤒

@Liz_ORiordan @abcdiagnosis @lucygoss @Tanjaslater @cancerfitme @PICollard I have bone mets #stage4BC & osteoporosis from my treatment but take regular exercise including Pilates to keep me #busylivingwithmets at the Devonshire gym @NuffieldHealth exercise has so many benefits both physically & mentally it should be prescribed

I will be doing the #reverseadventcalendar @abcdiagnosis 1st for me is @somaiaharoori the amazing surgeon @UHP_NHS who has literally helped me keep being #busylivingwithmets for 7 years #stage4BC without his amazing hands and belief in me I wouldn’t be here so THANK YOU 👍🏽
