Daniel Senecal the registered child sex offender who was recently charged for a violent sexual assault on a 3-year-old girl in Welland will have a bail hearing September 10th @ 11:00am at the St. Catharines Courthouse.
He is currently being held in segregation at the Niagara Detention Centre and has requested a transfer to the Vanier Centre for Women if he doesn't get bail under the guise he is "transgender"
The Vanier Centre for Women is a female only correctional and remand facility.
A protest will be taking place Wednesday, September 10th @ 9:00am at the St. Catharines Courthouse, 59 Church St, St. Catharines, Ontario.
