The National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami is monitoring two areas of interest in the tropical Atlantic as two tropical waves have emerged from the West African coast.
Both tropical waves are being monitored for the potential development of a TROPICAL DEPRESSION or TROPICAL STORM during the upcoming week, August 10-17, 2026.
