@lebinh_x @tsohost @tsoHostHelp TSO Host are now utter shit, they're also shutting down & moving their users to 123Reg. It will be a nightmare. They start 'migrating servers' in October. You should move ASAP. I recommend Krystal #tsohost

I am literally shocked to receive the mail from #tsohost to say they're reducing chat support to 9 - 5, Mon - Fri as of 16th Jan. This is now not a hosting service. Unbelievable.

Well, with barely any and certainly not enough notice @tsohost deleted my entire website today. Absolutely devastated. Years of work and a huge resource gone. I hosted Amelia’s Magazine with them in good faith and I’ve been totally screwed. There’s nothing left :( #tsohost

@tsohost What do you state 45 days notice, you gave 30 days notice many months back. And now you say refunds will be paid 45 days after closure, why? How come invoices are due on date, refunds take 45 days. Come on stop ripping people off. TSOhost caused this nobody else. #tsohost #SCAM

@tsohost hey @tsohost. Well thanks for reply today. You obviously didn't read my ticket as all you didn't fix the error. Nohomedir3. Looks like you haven't granted permissions on my home directory. Got to wait AGAIN!! Come on @tsohost this really is shambolic #tsohost #gridhost #godaddy

Hey @tsohost. It has taken you 5 days to provide FTP details, however they don't work for one of the sites. Receive error: 421 nohomedir3 Ticket: TSA-881-83150 Do I have to wait another 5 days to get this sorted? Ridiculous. #tsohost #godaddy #gridhost

@tsohost @bencooper No emails received by me either. Surely you must have looked at platform stats and realised not everybody had moved active websites or emails away before you switched it off? Did it not make you think? hmmm. Just very poor management & planning! #tsohost

@crcmotorcycles @eon_next I spent 12 hours waiting for an online 'chat' with @tsohost over the weekend to be told I'm in a queue to have the site migrated to another server. It's been down a week. #tsohost when will you bring back my website?

Let's all remember that @tsohost who are shutting down accounts with no support is owned by @GoDaddy who have a reputation of shady practices. #tso #tsohost #godaddy #hosting #webhosting #developers

This is getting insane now. Trying to migrate a ton of websites and domains away from #tsohost for an agency. Have been struggling to basic things. I'm now unable to to login to Tsohost client portal 👀

Good timing for a total outage #tsohost. I was in a meeting yesterday where we weighed the pros and cons of moving all our services away from you. This failure has made that decision much easier.

Anyone else use @tsohost and having problems sending emails? All of a sudden I have access to months and months worth of emails that were hidden in an inaccessible folder, and the outbox server is not sending emails (although it pretends it is). #tsohost #web #webhost

Starting to lose patients with @tsohost support. Someone remind me again of the company started by the original founders of #TSOHost I’m thinking of moving all my clients domains, around 80 off plus all the hosting

TSOHost @tsohost have deleted all my website data with no warning. They say I haven't paid since November. I set auto payments on my account & payments were going out automatically. 7 Years of hard work gone down the drain! #tsohost #host #websitehost #hosting #websolution (1/5)
