I am literally shocked to receive the mail from #tsohost to say they're reducing chat support to 9 - 5, Mon - Fri as of 16th Jan. This is now not a hosting service. Unbelievable.

Well, with barely any and certainly not enough notice @tsohost deleted my entire website today. Absolutely devastated. Years of work and a huge resource gone. I hosted Amelia’s Magazine with them in good faith and I’ve been totally screwed. There’s nothing left :( #tsohost

@tsohost What do you state 45 days notice, you gave 30 days notice many months back. And now you say refunds will be paid 45 days after closure, why? How come invoices are due on date, refunds take 45 days. Come on stop ripping people off. TSOhost caused this nobody else. #tsohost #SCAM

Hey @tsohost. It has taken you 5 days to provide FTP details, however they don't work for one of the sites. Receive error: 421 nohomedir3 Ticket: TSA-881-83150 Do I have to wait another 5 days to get this sorted? Ridiculous. #tsohost #godaddy #gridhost

@tsohost @bencooper No emails received by me either. Surely you must have looked at platform stats and realised not everybody had moved active websites or emails away before you switched it off? Did it not make you think? hmmm. Just very poor management & planning! #tsohost

Anyone else use @tsohost and having problems sending emails? All of a sudden I have access to months and months worth of emails that were hidden in an inaccessible folder, and the outbox server is not sending emails (although it pretends it is). #tsohost #web #webhost

On one hand you have the pandemic and on the other hand you have TSO Host which is absolutely shit with shitty customer service! #tsohost My accounts been suspended for the 3rd time for no reason!!! Every time it’s the same going back and forth dealing with their nonsense!
