@talktalk STILL no internet - STILL no phone call, contradictory information and outright lies from customer ‘support’. Really, really disappointing. Do NOT recommend. #talktalkFAIL

I honestly didn’t think that the internet could be this bad in London, @TalkTalk’s super fast broadband is not super fast at all ☹️ #internetnotforeveryone #talktalkfail

Irony: every day I receive phone calls purporting to be from @TalkTalk This evening when I arrange for someone to call on mobile via their help chat on line in a specific time window no one calls! Still no consistent land line or WiFi 10 days after first contact. #TalkTalkFail 😡

I've been a bit quiet for the last couple of weeks as my Dad's @blackberry died and @talktalk can't replace it as they're not offering mobiles phones anymore. He's now using a trusty @Sony W810i steam-powered phone. He's so 'retro' !! #talktalkfail
