Absolutely to the point! We #tax_payers are #burdened to keep up with Govt. #freebies distribution by paying huge taxes & #survive with our own kid and wife as well. So, it is way difficult to bring up 3 kids family.
Good suggestion, but the General Category will never be able to afford 3 kids, they are heavily taxed, expected to be responsible citizens, and burdened with the nation’s liabilities, which can afford three kids & put it on tax payer to feed
