A1) a tradition that I absolutely love in one of the buildings where I work is on the very first day of school all staff line up at drop off, holding signs with unique messages that all students and families belong. Itโs amazing. #LeadLAP

Our high school got rid of quarters five years ago. Instead we have rolling grades, which keeps a continuous average throughout the year. No more "end of quarter" last-ditch efforts to submit work. And because there is no "end," I can be more accommodating. #bfc530
@effort2learn Yes! My coaches have helped create Leaning Walk teams where Ts get to observe classrooms then report out on positive trends & quick wins to share w/ staff. Everyone will get a turn. Want the focus to be on seeing trends of what is going well and what we need to focus on. #LeadLAP
