Online chat support sessions are either over in less than 15 minutes or they can last 1 hour and 45 minutes where you're sure you're getting tech-gaslit. 😳 💻 #TechSupportProblems

#techsupportproblems when the customer service phone rep says, “not sure why, but sometimes conf emails come quickly, and other times it takes hours” and you have to hold back from explaining why and how to fix that to the poor lady just trying to make $12/hour.

It’s 2018. You’ve probably either had a computer in your home or used one at work every day for over 20 years. Therefore, excuses like "I'm not good with computers", are no longer valid! Thank you. Have a nice day. #TechSupportProblems #FirstWorldProblems
