Tick, tock. 🚨 If you know anything about us at CryptoCart, you know the community is at the forefront of all decision making. Over the past 12 months, we have been working around the clock making some much required store improvements based on community feedback. Over the past month, we have been vigorously bug testing with the community, and making sure everything is perfect from a UX & UI perspective prior to moving it to a main-net environment. As we approach all developments coming to fruition, we wanted to make this post to reflect where we started. Back in June 2021, we released our first version of our gift-card store on the Ethereum Network which contained a few big suppliers, and manual processing leading to long delays in orders being processed, and unhappy community members. It was inevitable automation was top priority, so that's what we done. Post launch, we continuously worked on completely automating the back-end process, resulting in quicker deliveries, removing any possibilities for human error, and only displaying live stock. At the time, this was by far our biggest achievement. Since then, we have gone onto making the store completely automated across multiple chains. At this point, we went above and beyond what was initially set out to do, and to this day (over 2 and a half years) have not required to sell any tokens, nor need for any VC investment. All has been done in-house, for our community, and will remain that way. So, what was next?. How could we improve CryptoCart?. We took on community feedback on what they would like to see, and released a development update which can be found here: https://t.co/UK3RqS7R9T These included: 1. An improved, faster, headless e-commerce system 2. Improved front-end 3. An improved, scalable backend infrastructure 4. A whitelabel solution that is brandable for partners to have their own stores, which will drive volume through our payment processor directly benefiting the CryptoCart Vault. 5. A unified admin area for viewing orders 6. An improved automated update process from gift card vendors to reduce issues with cards becoming unavailable 7. CryptoCart Mobile Application 8. And last but not least, tiered discounts. And this is when the real work commenced. At the time of writing this, we have rectified all bugs found throughout the entire system, and approaching fruition of all developments. Upon release, you can expect a complete overhaul. We will be releasing a far better, faster headless e-commerce system which has an improved frontend, a scalable back-end, ready to be integrated into any dApp, with working tiered discounts.
