Id say not enough throwing is a main proponent.
Poor workloads and less volume doesnt do any part of the body much good if we arent using it for the desired intention, alot.

What EXACTLY predicts TJ in pitchers? Nobody knows! Not enough data! Since the inception of the pitch smart guidelines, TJ has spiked. My guess, velocity and weighted ball training before the body is ready. A HS in Fl has mandated it, had high picks, and 90% have had TJ.
