@richmintz This #PlacardPerp has managed to get so many seemingly valid tickets dismissed that it is a red flag for #TicketFixing:

This summons for illegal license plate covers that somehow got dismissed is just one example:
And we would really like to find out from @NYCFinance what the rationale was for dismissing the paltry little ticket that this criminal did get recently for his #PlacardCorruption?
Is #TicketFixing back again?
Oh, look at that. All of their tickets got reduced to zero.
Even for the violations that explicitly do not have any valid, verifiable defense.

This car was actually ticketed once for the illegal license plate covers.
That ticket also noted the #FakePlacard. But contrary to @NYPDnews sworn testimony, the car wasn't towed, the placard wasn't seized.
Instead, the ticket was dismissed.

This is a @NYSCOA chronic #PlacardPerp.
They have even been issued several #PlacardCorruption tickets for misusing their placard to park illegally.
Somehow, every one of those 7 tickets was dismissed.

This car with a @NYC_DOI placard has been illegally driving around for more than a year with an expired @nysdmv registration.
Every once in a while the placard doesn't get them out of a ticket, but they just get it fixed.

Interesting thing is that this #PlacardPerp has been ticketed on a few rare occasions for the illegal license plate cover.

More #TicketFixing as part of the @NYPDnews #CultureOfCorruption?
@Kemprich @NYPDnews @NYPDTransport @NYPDChiefPatrol We would really like to know why an administrive claim was granted for this ticket when it was so abundantly clear that it was an improper use of an off-street placard.
