I have just got to say it. Stop being hung up on your particular constellations of diagnoses. It's getting in the way. At some point naming it is no longer helpful in the recovery process. Just focus on healing your brain.
Ketogenic diets heal brains. And so far, in my clinical experience and many others, it doesn't care what the DSM-V told you or some other professional insisted you call it.
