This is a wild claim BUT it is so extensively evidenced. It's not a theory; these are simply the first emperical reports of the strangest thing to happen (so far) in '25.
Let's go ...
Evidence of this freaky phenomenon lies in extreme changes in Google Search volumes for pairs and triples of numbers that are transmitted in the 64 bit signal that the comet emits.
The smoking gun is that Google Trends pinpoints the timing of this radical change in our behaviour on Earth to the exact date of the comet's arrival in our solar system (in July '25).
And then, Google search trends for these patterns in the comet's message show a remarked decline recently as 3iATLAS approached the sun, with a return to prior low points coinciding with the comet passing behind the Sun.
And so, Humans appear to be demonstrably sensitive to BOTH the contents and the clarity of this signal. If so, we could be in for a spectacular show in these search results as the comet is now on its course to flyby Earth. These insights jump off the page of the attached screenshots from @googletrends
In this post, I explain the Google Search evidence for this phenomenon. Regardless of whether you make the connection between these numbers and the comet's signal, the human behavioural changes surrounding these number pairs is global, extreme, undeniable and (otherwise) unexplained.
I won't go far into the Math beyond noting that the fibonacci sequence in the comet's signal is 6 numbers adding to 55 and, a palindromic count of 6 things (6 up + 5 down) gives 11. In mod 4, the signal is a binary number that is 22 in base 10. 11 + 22 + 55 = 88 etc.
Square numbers (4 and 64 and 100) appear uncannily often in the sequence and behaviour opf the comet and, there is a pattern of repeated triality from/to unity in the decomposition and recomposition to and from the pallindromic numbers derived from its sequence.
There are more layers of these math metaphors and patterns in the signal and behaviour of 3iATLAS but I'll stop here with focus on the 11, 22 and 55 and their sum (88) simply derived.
Number Theory is a hobby/passion of mine. It's that area of Math that deals with numerical coincidence. I'm interested in palindromes and primes and so I recognised these numbers in the 3iATLAS signal.
Our focus here is on Google searches for pairs of 11, 22, 55 and 88 (and simple arithmetic on them i.e. 77 and 33 and 44) and also, on re-occurence two 8's and three 8's which seem to have the ultimate importance (by repitition) to the signal's numeric coincidences. You might recognise these as the "the angel numbers".
Countless people already search for these numbers and so there are stable search trends for them going back forever until 3iATLAS. Any measurable changes to these evergreen long tail search terms are truly statistically significant.
These findings and this evidence are first published here. I have no real audience to speak of. If you have understood this post, please share it or, tag a friend that might be interested in these coincidences.
When I worked at Google, we used this @googletrends data extensively (and often exclusively) to build sales pitches for large accounts' brand media campaigns. I know these patterns like the back of my hands. Moving such stable and generic deep long tail search trends is no joke. If these pairs of numbers where the brand name of a consumer product, its marketing team would have had to sustain an exponential increase in ad spend over the last quarter.
There has clearly been a structural change to the normal interest in all of these combinations of numbers that has sustained a peak demand beyond what's explicable by the typical media hype cycle. And number pairs are not logically sensitive to popular media events whereas individual numbers are very sensitive i.e. a single number's search interest is often variable by spikes in interest for sports players who wear those numbers. There is no obvious similar effect on number pairs.
That any one of these pair searches show this change in behaviour is extremely improbable. That multiple such patterns all show the same change is exponentially extremely improbable. There is thus an extremely high probability that there is no other explanation for this coincidence beyond some direct dausality via second order effects.
It is conclusive with (with as close to definite certainty as you can predict such an improbable thing): Earth and earthlings have been reacting to the comet's signal. To falsify this conclusion would demand improbable coincidence. By Occam's razor, it seems that we should be learning far more than we are from this comet's appearance in our solar system.
Millions of humans have been prompted by second order effects / coincidences to fixate on these numeric combinations. I happen to be one of them - as you'll note by my handle on X, numbers 22 and 55 have been following me around for years and those coincidences did recently recur. I am not clearly not alone. I want to hear from the rest of you. Which pair of these numbers are you seeing and, what prompted you to start searching for them on Google?
