#FitchRatings #USDowngrade -Fitch downgraded the US credit rating from AAA to AA+ on August 2, 2023 -In the same month in August 2011 S&P downgraded the US credit rating If history repeats itself then -In August 2011 S&P500 finished the month 5.7% lower and fell a further 7.2% in September 2011 -But that time situation was different, the Unemployment rate was 9% and today it is 3.6% -That time companies were under pressure, and now 2/3 of the S&P500 companies beat earnings or roughly 5% above the 5-year average Let's wait and see how this time turns out. @CNBC_Awaaz
