Hi @Uber I bought a $100 gift card for a friend in Canada who just had surgery and she cannot use it. Now @uber is refusing to issue a refund for the $100 I spent and no one can use the gift card. What kind of customer service is this? #Ubertheft

@UberUKsupport #ubertheft So Uber Eats can apparently take money out of your account whenever they want if you've registered your details with them. Then completely deny it and say 'sorry, can't help, no idea what youre talking about' despite screenshots #ubertheft
