It’s the perfect day to be doing a waterfront tour (both Alaskan Way and Lake Washington Boulevard) with @SNGreenways and 25 folks passionate about safe streets. There is a lot more work we can do to in both places to #UnGapTheMap.
@mansplainmybike Sadly, that's all too frequent an occurrence. That's why @WeAreHub has their #UnGapTheMap program to hopefully fix those gaps.
This will help #UnGapTheMap so that everyone can get around safely in North Seattle, and is a small steps towards transforming Aurora Ave (Seattle's most dangerous street. #VisionZero)! Kudos to the advocates at @GLWstreets and @SR99problems, and leadership from @CMDanStrauss.
This month, we expect to begin construction on the Green Lake Outer Loop project that will complete the outer biking path around Green Lake by connecting to the new bike lanes we built in 2021 around the northern, eastern, & southern edges of the park:
