Corruption Exposed in #BMC
Video Footage Shows #BMC Garbage Vans Filling Garbage of Private Companies.

A video has emerged that appears to show #BMC garbage vans filling the garbage of private companies in Motilal Nagar, Goregaon.
The video, which was taken on July 23rd at around 4:30 pm, shows a #BMC garbage van with the registration number https://t.co/1SGpk9uoU8.5478 filling up with garbage from a private company.
After the garbage cart is full, the owner of the private company is seen giving money to the driver of the #BMC van.
This is a clear case of #corruption, as the #BMC is supposed to be collecting garbage from #public areas, not from private companies. It is unclear whether the money that the private company owner is giving to the #BMC driver is being deposited in the #government #treasury.
It is also unclear whether these contractors have been given the tender to pick up the garbage of private companies only.
This incident is a serious concern, and it is important that the #BMC investigate it thoroughly.
If this #CORRUPTION is found to be widespread, it could have a significant impact on the city's sanitation system.
We urge the #BMC to take action against the individuals involved in this corruption. We also urge the #BMC to ensure that all garbage collection contracts are awarded fairly and transparently.
