Resolution 1 Manufacture of Ghee Using Chemicals Derived from Animal Fat * Supply of Such Synthetic Ghee to Tirumala The dairies that supplied ghee for the preparation of Tirumala Laddu Prasadam did not have cows. There are no records anywhere of milk or butter being procured by them. Yet, they supplied ghee—an astonishing 6 million kilograms. This ghee was supplied at a price cheaper than even sesame oil. This clearly means that every single drop was adulterated. Without cows, milk, or butter, producing ghee is not possible even for scientists—except, apparently, for YSRCP. It is a 100 percent proven fact that adulteration occurred in the ghee used for preparing the sacred Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy Laddu Prasadam, which devotees receive with utmost reverence. During the YSRCP government’s tenure, the entire 6 million kilograms of so-called cow ghee supplied to Tirumala was adulterated. A liquid manufactured using chemicals was falsely presented as ghee, and with that chemical-laden substance, nearly 200 crore laddus were prepared and distributed as prasadam. These harsh realities are clearly stated in the CBI report. The report nowhere mentions that there was no animal fat. Scientists have clearly stated that the very origin of those chemicals is animal fat. Everyone must take note of this. This means that synthetic ghee was produced using chemicals derived from animal fat and supplied to Tirumala. Despite all these facts being evident, it is extremely unfortunate that the YSRCP—after committing such a grave sacrilege—are shamelessly propagating that they have received a clean chit. It was the YSRCP that opened the gates for the procurement of adulterated ghee and looted ₹233 crore of the Lord’s funds through this scam. The moment it became known that adulterated ghee was used in the Tirumala prasadam, every devotee was deeply distressed. Those who were expected to act as custodians of dharma at the Lord’s temple indulging in unethical actions is utterly deplorable. Based on the report submitted by the NDDB, the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Chandrababu Naidu garu revealed that adulterated ghee was used in the preparation of Tirumala laddus. On that occasion, the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and our party president Shri Pawan Kalyan garu undertook a Prayaschitta Deeksha and stirred the conscience of crores of devotees. Shri Pawan Kalyan garu emphatically stated that it is impossible to remain silent when such sacrilege occurs on the sacred Tirumala hills of Lord Sri Venkateswara. The time has come to deliberate on the formation of a Sanatana Dharma Protection Board. We hereby resolve that a discussion must be held in the Legislative Assembly to expose to everyone the vile conduct of the YSRCP in committing sacrilege by mixing dangerous chemicals in the cow ghee required for Tirumala Laddu preparation, and in looting ₹233 crore in the ghee scam. We further resolve that Jana Sena should prepare itself to take these facts to the people and make the truth widely known.

It is sad and ironic that today the Hindus in Bharat have to seek judicial interventions to practice their faith and perform their rituals. If, even after winning a decisive legal battle, devotees cannot perform a simple, peaceful ritual on their own property, then where, in their own country, shall they truly find constitutional justice? In short and simple, let all the Hindus in Bharat understand this - The bitter truth is - The Chennai High Court affirmed our right to light the Deepathoon - first by a single judge, then upheld by a higher bench. Legally, the battle was won. Yet, practically, we were forced to adjust. Ask yourself - Can any religious festival be moved a week late? Can a holy day's celebration be shifted to a different time? No. Because the sanctity of religious time and the integrity of every religious calendar is non-negotiable. Yet, for Sanatana Dharma, the moment—the sacred Karthigai Deepam—was stolen, vanished forever. Why? Because Hindus can be taken for granted. Sometimes it's the governments, sometimes it’s the executive, sometimes it’s the NGOs, sometimes it’s a random pseudo intellectual groups – but every time, it is Hindus who accept the loss and adjust. We secured the right, but lost the ritual. This repeated, systemic denial is why a time has come to demand more than just court victories - We need the Sanatana Dharma Raksha Board where devotees actively manage their own temples and religious affairs. Mockery of Hindu traditions and rituals has become a norm for certain groups. Do they dare to do the same for other religious events? Does Article 25 become an optional right instead of a fundamental right to the Hindus? Can a Police Commissioner or a District Magistrate unilaterally nullify a specific High Court Directive? If the High Court confirmed the Deepam lighting was a "harmless religious act" on legally owned land, who decides that this practice constitutes a threat to "communal harmony," and by what legal mechanism? How come HR&CE Department consistently and repeatedly act against the interests of Hindu devotees and their temple's traditions, and how do these officials evade serious accountability? Hindus should observe the collective spirit and solidarity shown by practitioners of Abrahamic religions (religions of Arabian origin) when religious issues arise. They overcome their ethnic, regional, and linguistic differences for the sake of their faith. As long as Hindus remain divided by caste, regional, and linguistic barriers, the mockery, insults, and abuses against the Hindu religion and its practices shall continue. If Hindus in our nation don't unite under a common minimum program with the collective spirit of Hindu Dharma (or Aram in Tamil), this spirit will be lost.
