@KTheivendran @NHSEngland You're right but there's lots of delay reasons. And then of course there's transport + manual overhead. If pt is delayed for other reasons, that's more overhead. If only only innovative tech could manage & coordinate all these moving parts in real-time #Vidimo Imagine the impact!
@sib313 @DrSteveTaylor Its an area filled with nuance and manual overheads due to poor/missing tech/processes. They have deteriorated significantly over 10 years and that's exactly how long we've been worked on #Vidimo to improve things, if only hospitals would care to ask as @DrSteveTaylor suggests.
