It's been a pleasure hosting the new @TourismBoardUg CEO, Ms. @JulzKagwa, and her team for a familiarisation farm trip of the Buganda Historical and Cultural Experiential Trail, managed by @TourBugandaUG.
During the tour, the team has been immersed in Buganda's rich culture and history. They paid homage to the great Kings at the Kasubi Royal Tombs, a courtesy call at Bulange, a walk through the Kabakanjagala road, the eye catching birds view at the Kabaka's Lake, a Royal visit to the Mengo Palace and it's dark history of the Amin Torture chambers, the Buganda Cultural Heritage Tourism Center, culinary experience and bark cloth making.
We thank the CEO, for this courtesy visit and her vibrant energy to push destination Uganda. We pledge to continue working with her and the team to improve our tourism products as well as coming up new ones.
